Can Kassa have 15/18/21% bonus health damage on his ult, too?

You people realize that Lee's damage has remained the same across three seasons. And that the bonus percent health damage only applies if he kicks a tank into your carries?

His regular ult damage is unchanged.

Kassadin can have health percent damage if they made his void step do some kind of wall bounce trick shot, rather than the point and click gap closer that it is.

lee sin shouldnt be buffed at all he dont need items to do what adcs and tanks do now he dont even need runes and masteries

I just faced a top lee sin as Fiora and he killed me in 2 hits at lvl 2. His damage is ridiculous.

today got the opposite in ranked,a lee sin on my team who was top got 1shotted by fiora through the first 20 minutes

i really find that hard to believe even if you had no armor runes/masteries, what were you doing, standing in the middle of his cs? secondly wasn't his buff to his ult primarily.

people really underestimate fiora's early game damage by the lot, once she gets first blood you pretty much lost lane, she can snow ball pretty hard.

No I was not just standing there lol. What happened was I went to hit a minion and then he used his e? That aoe skill 2ce before I could move away due to the high ping lag. Then my health was half gone and I ran back and he placed a ward and went to it and qed and then come into me and ignited and I died @_@
