It's a huge nerf for tanks lategame. If I wanted 400 health (a little bit less) I could just buy a giant's belt. The whole reason you get cinderhulk is because of the bonus health you get from other items you build.
Waiting for that Devourer nerf. I hadn't seen the nerf on Cinder yet today, but it seems shitty. 100 health isn't making up for 10% bonus HP. Most tanks get over 3k, 10% of 3k = 300 for those who didn't know. So 100 is shit.

Both. It doesn't hurt them, but the thinking behind it is kind of stupid. (=" Tanks are midgame, devourer are late") Because devourer is already good in midgame.
