What is with the greater influx of toxic players and trolls this week?

Today every game i have joined on either blind or draft there's been a GIGANTIC SURGE of toxic players. In addition to that, there seems to be trolls on an unbelievable scale, its sickening. Generally you encounter a few games once in a while with a few toxic kids, or maybe a troll here and there late at night, Really though every game, Something is horribly wrong with the community today. Allegedly i received a chat restriction today from a pre-made game which my entire team was trolling. You know the types who buy only boots and run into the enemy's base, which are all spamming "YOU MAD BRO" and swearing constantly at the other team including at myself. Granted i reported all the toxic players on my team in this pre-made group. Generally if something like that happens i mute the everyone in chat and pay no attention to them. Post game i removed the mute only to find my entire team all spamming in caps and compulsively swearing at the other team. i wish i had recorded the game so i could link it. Are players just reporting for the sake of reporting post season? Or since that team who trolled me reported me which i was given a chat restriction and placed in to some prison island category or sub-negative accounts. I know this sounds majorly like a random QQ post but this is completely ridiculous. Ive been playing since S1, and I have never encountered such negative people in all 8 games that I played today....
