Chat restriction for what? wtf?

So i received a chat restriction today... Because of toxic children playing this game during holiday season and little kids raging who report everyone almost every game and especially since I've been playing Norms, as well as snowdown. People who are abusing the reporting feature need to be disciplined not those who are getting trolled/raged at. As many of us have said before this is the worst possible gaming community we have ever played with. Can we get an age restriction in games we create? Put all the little children in an immature under ~21 category? It would fix so many problems with this community. Generally people who are acting like this are all under at least that age. If any older than that, and you are "QQ'ing, Raging, Trolling.. etc." You seriously need to go outside and get yourself a job and a life. It's things like this which will ultimately lead to a self-destructive gaming community one which any person who, plays this game for fun, or even at a competitive level will soon stop playing this game all together. Perhaps something needs to be done with your MMR/ELO rating system? since 99.9% of this is generated in lower tiers of this game since every 12-16 year old out there thinks they are the next "Gordie Howe" (lol) of league of legends.... . Honestly... What a joke.
