@Riot, is Vlad's Q being looked at?

I mean, I get that it's iconic for him, and that he needs some form of self heal to make his playstyle work. But I think its safe to say that Transfusion is THE worst designed ability in the game. Why? Because there is absolutely no trade-off or drawback to it. If Vlad can use it, he will. If he's in range of a champion, he'll use it on them. It's an ability that can be spammed because it can be spammed. Theres no thought behind it's use. It's simple and effective, but it's bland and a serious design flaw.

Now, I don't have the ability to say I have a replacement for it. But if Vlad is being looked at for the Mage Rework, and I hope he is, then I really hope his Q is getting some serious consideration.
