@Riot, These Morde changes are not good.

A no-damage tank with no cc and no mobility? Okay. Please reconsider, and try to think what can make Morde a better champ. Also, remeber Morde is a good mid-lane champ, I should still be able to pick him Mid and rely on my damage output better than before.
