Morde's ghost

Idk where to put this question, so I will put it here; sorry.

Does Morde's ghost do on-hit effects like crits, or things like Sona's power chord?

I was playing against a Garen, and I killed him while he was in his spinning mode so I had a spinning Garen ghost clearing out minions for me for 30 seconds. So if that can happen, can his ghost also use Sona's power chord if she dies with it? Or with a lich bane proc? I play Morde all the time, but these are just things i never looked into or worried about until that Garen thing happened.

Ghosts gain the full benefits of any items they have, though they will not use active items such as DFG. So yes, ghosts can crit if they have the items to do so. Ghosts cannot use any QWER abilities but do gain the effects of passives, even if they're tied to abilities (e.g. Gnar's Hyper, Vayne's Silver Bolts). Not sure about Power Chord and Lich Bane specifically though, they're odd cases.
