Evelynn Bloodmoon, kill spirits without being seen?

I am wondering if the vision that the spirits in blood moon provide is true sight. If it is not, would evelynn be able to buy a bami's cinder or sunfire cape and kill the spirits without ever being seen? Ofc it would be pretty obvious that it is her killing the spirits, since the opponents would have vision of an area see spirits are dying, but it is pretty cool nonetheless.
