Just curious if this affected you or your team in some way or another, especially if you wanted to do something off meta or just silly. Recently, I played Ivern top just for fun, and I actually won that game thinking it was a normal. I wondered why everyone was so toxic about it though...

Anyone else play better in those ranked games where you don't realize its ranked?

Actually, a lot of my games for ranked this season were played thinking they were norms...whoops :^)
I think I trolled as a Shyvana game with a friend once (thinking it was a norm) and we won just because the stress of it being a "ranked" game wasn't a factor to influence the team
Yes, I've done this in the past... Pretty awkward when you realize it's actually a ranked game.
I played a normal today thinking it was ranked, lets say I wasn't happy after
I played a normal thinking it was ranked a while back, and when I lost the game I was bummed because I thought I would be losing LP - low and behold, I was confused when I saw I didn't lose LP.
When I was brand new to the game, I accidentally played a draft game and MISTAKES WERE MADE
