Dusk blade of draktharr. Boots of swiftness. Titanic. Cleaver. Mallet. Blade of ruined king. No specific order feel free to edit. Those 2 items first are good though.

Slythion1 votesBotrk seems kind of pointless, you shouldn't really be needing it's active and the lifesteal/damage stats aren't that great. My favorite build is:
*you can change Cleaver/Maw for Steraks whenever)

are 4 items that can replace warrior
buy maw if they have lots of MR
scimitar if alot of cc
last whisper if your target is tanky like a gage adc or a blue ez
reaver for more crit and cdr(replace cdr boots with any boots)
