Prediction:Rengar

Both ferocity and normal new W will break Rengar, and he will build Tank/Juggernaut and will still assassinate. You are making the same mistake you made with Ekko

Base damage, crowd control and mobility, sure. With the new changes, rengar got the same except hard AOE crowd control(which btw easy to avoid.)

So rengar randomly recieved -a shield -missing HP damage -AOE stun -AOE slows -80% ms boost -an ability that can regenerate over 500 hp

Weird.

Gonna be honest; as he is now im doubtful of that being the most likely outcome, because of how much power is tied into his empowered skills, fights are usually decided within maybe 10 seconds at the most.

Because Rengar can't generate ferocity out of combat (and any he DOES have falls off VERY quickly when not in combat), he'll probably only have enough time for one, MAYBE two empowered abilities in a fight, so he'll have to make them count.

Its also worth noting that his W heals based on a % of the damage done to him, so similar to bruiser Ekko, the damage you take isn't actually that high, so you won't heal that much.

I'm not sure about this. The reason ekko was able to build tanky was thanks to his three hit passive applying a decent slow and good damage with no investment. Combined with his cc/shield w, his e dash/blink, his q's range and slow and his reset ult. He had great sticking potential and a get out of jail free card when needed.

This reworked rangar, doesn't have these things. His q lets him do aoe damage but doesn't have any cc, his w heals him but not completely and his e is a single target slow which has a longer cooldown then anything ekko had. Throw in the fact that the only mobility rengar has is when he ults or is near a bush and seems that should he build tanky he won't stick to his target well if they have any kind of cc in their kit. Which most do.

Base rengar's damage is shiet and he has no hard/istant Cc. At least Rengar will be good only to take hit, nothing more.
