Poppy feels...underwhelming?
Of course it's only been a day since Poppy has come out, but after playing quite a few games today (almost all had at least one Poppy), I'm getting the feel that new Poppy feels extremely underwhelming. I've only been able to play her in customs against bots, so I don't personally have good judgement on whether or not she truly is, but queuing up with my friend, he so claims that Poppy doesn't quite do enough damage and doesn't offer enough utility to make up for that either.
Here are some conclusions that I've come to playing her:

The range on her E feels pretty bad, but then again, I'm not a very good toplaner so maybe it's just that I'm bad.

I feel like she would benefit a lot from CDR and especially sheen. I'm thinking building either

would be pretty good on her. E, auto, Q, auto, Q part 2 for quite a bit of burst. Not sure if crit chance is any good on her though. The AoE slow field of Iceborn seems pretty good, but is sacrificing trinity for a bit less overall damage. After that, straight tank. -
Garen straight up outdamages her with sunfire cape if you have black cleaver. (Fun fact. Was losing trades vs a bot. I'm bad gg.)

The MS bonus on her W seems pretty unnoticeable. I know it's primary function is to block dashes, but it really does suck to have a practically useless spell if there are no dashes to block.
Not sure what people are doing wrong with her. so I'm just wondering - new Poppy builds? Tips on playing her? Is she actually underwhelming or are people just playing her wrong?
also titanic hydra seems legit as well as cleaver, iceborn and banshees. just mess around with it and im sure you will have fun. try to build some early game dmg then rush health. hope this helps
