New blind pick to replace dominion.

Now that the only game mode where you can pick whatever u want and not be reported is leaving us I want a new blind pick. It will be the same blind pick I have always used, but with written down rules so children don't get confused about the word "blind" anymore.

What rules are they? Simple. NO RULES.

Funny part is that we already have it. I mean kids think it's a rule to see who can type first. It's not. Never was. I looked all through the support page and nowhere does it say. "If a guy types faster or connects before you, he wins."

Prefer OFF for your entire game below gold or plat in ranked. Why you guys (Riot) care about what goes on in bronze or silver is silly and reminds me of pissing in the wind. Think about it.
