Lux's forms each have entirely different voiceovers with different outfits and hairstyles that match her form's theme.
Sona's forms each come with different songs and the appearance of each form changes quite noticably aside from color, with each having a different mask and a different pattern on her instrument.
Ezreal I'll give you, but it's been the first ultimate skin and it was before they ever started.
Miss Fortune seems to have less changes overall than Ezreal as far as particles and forms go, though. I'd wait until she comes out to give a higher opinion.
