Bard thoughts
So i Main ADC/ Support, i have a fair amount of understanding about the lane, Bard obviously made to be a support that aids the jungler i think is a great idea. after play a few games ive come to a few conclusions. y'all can help back me up or correct me.
HE IS WEAK AF!
ok well next lets explain it.
Passive, the chimes/meeps are great it can give bard a load of power but only late game... AND with that brings me to my first change idea: make chimes pop up faster, closer to Bard (jungle-wise, i get my chimes in the other teams jungle early game making me weak or vulnerable) and give him scaling Exp. the flat 20xp rate SUCKS! it needs to be scaled with lvl or time or based on how many he has gotten... the Exp is nice to make it so you dont fall behind when you chime gather but with only 20 xp per chime you fall of fast.
Q, the only damage Bard does is with his Q, which i feel has a low range for the first hit and a low range for the second hit, most other champs out range him, so you get targeted, singled out or found in the jungle, your dead. what it need is a range increase and a bit more width.
W, doesnt heal a whole lot ever... unless you build SOLID AP, your heal is out done but most other heals.
E, nothing truly wrong here that i've seen
R, his r is cool, but to help with is lack of damage and not so strong heal, a nice thing for his R would to heal allies and damage foes affected. Just imagine a team fight, drop an ult on the fight and tables change! it may be a be op, but you can have it do damage/heal based off how many get affected. say 2 of your teammate and 3 of theres get hit, you heal your team 150 each, and damage them 100 each... it be more useful that way.
so there my thoughts, his basic attack can get strong with meeps help but if you lack in chimes then your useless. but if you get chimes you fell behind and more or less find yourself dead from the jungler
Bard has potential, i love him! but he needs a LOT of fixing PLEASE Riot, your Bards only hope!
