@Riot If you want to make crit MF a thing, please take a right approach

So, in the light of recent changes to Miss Fortune on PBE it's clear to me that balance team wants so push MF more into building crit. And while that move alone is great, I think the way they try to execute this is just poor. Buffing base attackspeed growth is gonna do for her as much good, as it was supposed to make "much bad" in Caitlyn's case.

First off, getting crit for ultimate damage shouldn't transition into bullet waves getting their own crit chance. I think we all are on the same page that crit mechanic is not exactly fair and balanced. Xayah's bladecaller is perfect example of how this could work - make it so that the crit chance and crit damage multiplies Bulllet Time's damage. Simple as it is. Consistency is what makes lethality build feel good to play.

Secondly, when you play the crit build, your Q eventually becomes a tool you dont want to use at all. While it is great bullying tool in lane that has certain skill ceileing to execute properly, as the game progresses it becomes obsolete. Yes, it is an auto reset, but when you build crit there isn't really a point to use it, because you dont want to miss on a chance for your auto to crit. Critical autos will always exceed Q's damage. You are not given a chance for it to bounce off to someone else in teamfights either, it's range is just too small for it to happen, and the reward isn't good enough to look for it to happen. I dont have a good idea how to solve this particular problem, but what came into my mind was extending the bounce off range by a good amount, increasing the skills cooldown by a good amount, and making it scale with critical strike.
