Riot, wtf are those patches.

You are actually not buffing and nerfing champions that deserve that. Pyke, Kha and Darius were in "OK" or even "STRONG" states. They didn't need to be buffed. You buffed Kha bc of a new skin for him, which is disgusting. Also, Graves didn't receive a nerf yet and he is in meta since the beginning of S8. That is 19 patches. Also, Duskblade and Stormrazor are still in the game and strong. Do you know what Kha will do with those items? Yup. He will oneshot people with 1 aa. The weirdest buff was for Pyke, who is already op and didn't need that much of a buff.

It just feels like you gave up on balancing the game.
