BlackFlux1 voteshuh. don't you think if it's a rotating thing it would be a little more...automated? they just pick the stuff or have RNG pick it then swap it out when the time comes. rather then some button the problem would be more of 'set it so they swap at noon for every time zone' which is probably harder then it sounds.

No matter when you do it, it'll be "unfair" for someone. You've got to open the mode up for the entire server all at once, not say "Oh, you're in the western timezone, you can't play yet because it's not noon for you".

Source? To my knowledge the time to swap over was determined by where the servers were located. As I recall, that would mean EUW starts when their first timezone hits, but EUNE would start when their last timezone hits.
