Changes to Targon's for AD Carries
Just make targon's CD get back to max when someone is killing a minion without sharing gold, similar to what you've done to spellthief's to prevent ad carries from buying it

KoKoboto1 votesIdk... You're trading offensive AND defensive power for gold generation. I like that and I don't think it's that much of a problem especially with the nerfs to ardent censer. Supports and marksmen don't get such a huge powerspike from a 2300g item now.
