Wait...isnt CoC useless now?
It shields for 5% of max hp per person right? The keystone next to it gives permanent 5% max hp plus dmg and healing.
Isnt CoC straight up worse most of the time?

Bond of Stone doesn't ever heal the user.
bond of stone is best for tanky supports
coc is better for tanks who are trying to lock down and fight solo targets
such as in top lane
CoC:
Gain a shield for 3 - 54 (based on level) (+ 5% maximum health) per nearby enemy champion for 3 seconds after hitting an enemy champion with a stun, taunt, snare, or knock up.
SbP:
Grants 5% maximum health as bonus health. Your crowd control effects brand enemy champions with an Earthen Rune for 4 seconds. Other allied champions who attack branded enemies heal for 5 (+ 2.5% of your maximum health) over 2 seconds (halved to 2.5 (+ 1.25% of your maximum health) if you are ranged).
SbP heals your allies while making you a little bit more tanky, while CoC gives you a Shield based on the number of enemies.
So CoC is better on Divers and solo oriented tanky champions while SbP is better for team oriented tanky champions.
They made CoC really weak because it seemed too strong but as usual it's really the tank items that are so strong. But only before they fall off the face of the earth (though not so much anymore which is progress)
It seemed okay to nerf CoC that much so no other class will consider it and tanks hardly have any other option.
CoC is okay. It gives tanks that extra amount of HP to not be instantly taken down after an engage. Plus, potentially you're looking at a very massive shield while.. Stoneborn only ever gives you 5% and you don't gain anything else from it yourself
