Skarners going too need some form of sticking power with rework

Yea skarner has more innitial stickiness but after that innitial burst he has nothing (when outside the zones). Unlike on current skar who can stick to you like your baby momma asking child support. I actually like idea of the shrines they fit skar lore well.

I think removing the stacking att sp from Q is fine but he is going to need the move speed.

Something no one is noticing but that lack of move speed will weaken his ult strength alot. More move speed= farther you pull the unlucky fella. So lower base move speed and no more q stacking move speed massively hinders skars ult. Im i wrong here
