Can someone finally answer?

Every game, whether it's an ARAM or norms and even in my ranked games (It has happened to me in each of these), my game crashes at around 6-10 minutes into the game. It happens for 1 month already and I get no feedback and it almost feels like I'm getting ignored like wtf help
