Can't play sett

Hey Riot, it's me again with another bug. This time I would like to talk about this new issue of mine. So I've got Sett from that calling card thingy the first on 14th of January it gave me the champ, he is in my collection but I can't find him in champ select nor ban him. He is just not showing there.

I played urf yesterday and I was able to trade my champ for sett but the guy canceled. This was my closest chance to play the guy.

I can play him in practise tool only...

I hope you can solve this issue and many others like the ones with massages and my games crashing 10 minutes into the game which negatively affects my ranked games

Please, if anyone sees this comment so I can see that I didn't write this for noone.
