Yasuo sits at 46% win rate in both mid and top lane.
Everything on the map out trades him so hard. Can't even farm without losing half HP bar in 3 seconds. His damage output early is just about same as before while everyone else got heavy buffs.
Also, RIP Volibear. Thunda God doesn't even exist on op.gg.

Pika3101 votesThe "50% win rate" fantasy is a complete farce. There are a countless number of factors which all affect winrate. Starting with skill floors and skill ceilings, but also lane matchups, team comps, the pilot's experience with the champ & against specific matchups, opponents' experience against the champ and specific matchups, item choices, mastery choices and I don't even know how many other factors.
Win rates are such a toxic and irrelevant number, I lose brain cells ever time somebody uses them as an excuse. Yasuo especially, considering that Rito has already nerfed him before when he was already down to 43% winrate. He was down to 43% and Rito and the community still considered him OP. You aren't going to get any sympathy at 46%.

patch 7.21 he was ~49% as of today he is ~46%
I'll be fine if it was some hidden objective of runes rework to get this champion nerfed, if not it is ok for me to ask to get him back to levels he was before. And I'm not just looking at winrates. I played a good amount of games with him after runes rework and felt weak as fk compared to other champs.
Just yesterday i played 3 consecutive games with a Yasuo in enemy team, all 3 of them fed their ass off. all gave first blood to a level 3 gank from me(2 kha'zix and 1 Yi)
