Irelia Build Order?

Unsure exactly how to proceed.

I assume you max trinity force first, but after that, do you do , or ? Or instead of the hydra, do you go ? I feel like Irelia isn't as viable without that lifesteal, but I see people wrecking with her and I'm a little unsure how to do that. She feels immeasurably OP if you know how to use her properly, but I haven't played her since the rework ages ago.

personally, i prefer item 3057 ---> item 3748 ---> item 3078 ---> item 3053 ---> item 3742 ----> item 3065

Trinity force is nice and all, but a lot of your damage comes from basic attacks using hydra.

Build her like most bruisers

item 3077 *>>> item 3078 >>> item 3053 then get your Ravenous/Titanic later on as it won't be as useful as Steraks.

Only build tiamet if you have a waveclear disadvantage and dont want to be pushed in because as Irelia you'll be constatly be pushing the wave to keep your passive and conqueror up anyway. Otherwise go straight into item 3078

The general item pool after that would be item 3091 item 3194 item 3153 item 3026 item 3022 item 3139 item 3143 item 3072 item 3065 item 3075 item 3742 item 3110 maybe even item 3001

Itemize according to gamestate of course.

And your Q already heals you for a small amount and you got 50% damage reduction on your W so lifesteal isnt that necessary.

item 3078 into item 3053 or item 3748 . As a bruiser, these three items are staples to her build every game.

Builds are situational to every game.

If they have a fed AP carry, consider going item 3065 or item 3194 in addition to your item 3053 .

Same thing for a fed ad carry; consider building item 3143 if they deal crit damage, or item 3110 if they're building attack speed like MasterYi or Vayne .

Yeah I figured sheen would be a good essential first pick, followed by an actual completed item, whatever you chose.

What I do is start with Corrupting and build a Tiamat first. After that it's a sheen into phage or stinger, depending on the match up, and I finish Trinity from there. Then I finish Titanic, and from there it's really dependent on the game, whether they're AP heavy or I need more damage. Other good items would be Visage, Steraks, sometimes Wit's End even (though that's really really situational, but fun). Pick up boots whenever, but the safest choice in most games is probably Tabis.
