Perfect Jungle CS at 10 minutes
I have been trying to find out what the "perfect" CS is for the Jungle role in Season 9, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. Is it really 100cs like the laners?

There's not really a straightforward answer to that. Because camp xp rewards are so low this season, you really don't want to be powerfarming if there's anything else to do on the map (scuttles, ganks, tower plates, big objectives, vision control, holding lanes, etc).
I always remember it being said that "good" jungle CS per 10 is 60 (so 6 per min) but I'm not sure if this is still 100% accurate. It really depends on if you're taxing lanes often.
Right now it’s low af because the more you cs the higher your shutdown good for that perma gank jungler on the enemy team.
Hard to say since recent changes forced a ganker heavy prominence.
