honest advice to new players picking shen support

Ok i recently went into a ranked game and thought everyone was nice and dandy until during the game i noticed that my shen support had Ancient coin and grasp. Lets be honest ranked is not the place to ask if this is meta so i got slightly annoyed but then i realised from looking at his match history that he might be relative new to the game which made me rethink things about him.

Here is where my advice comes in 1. Go relic shield if u want to play Shen support it helps u being tanky and its just very essential and also helps the adc take minions with the relic shield procs. 2 take aftershock and not grasp. Aftershock is very good and is procked when u hit ur stun and helps u get through some of the dmg coming your way when u engage. Grasp doesnt help u at all if ur playing it support since u wont have the items or dmg to use it effectively.
