With the new courage of the colossus and pantheons w, is support pantheon possible? I was thinking black cleaver (for CDR and gives armor or for the adc), frozen heart or ice born gauntlet (CDR) and then banshees veil (passive and mr), some hp (item depending on need) and then a ga or a zZrot for finish, and of course boots (likely the mr, anti cc boots)
support panth is a very old stuff and was played even when supports didn't have almost no money
it was called kill lane and if you don't snowball you are kind of useless later on
pantheon support has always been possible. he brings solid poke and a reliable stun. plus his ult can assist across the map.

Yeah the tricky thing with it is gold. You basically need to snowball.
Also being all physical damage in the bot lane can be exploitable by sufficiently prepared lane opponents.
I've actually been seeing this a lot lately in streamed games. Poke, stun, global ult and his passive make a decent support.
I like pantheon support. Targeted stuns are pretty awesome, plus his early damage is good too. Great support to bully ADC's like Jhin or a squishy support like Bard or Sona when played right
