Auto-fill Enabled
Get rid of auto-fill, I would much rather wait 10 minutes for a team that is comfortable with their roles than wait 5 minutes for the opposite

Autofill gave me support after a 20 minute queue. Making me wait so long to get support? Autofill is a broken system, it has never worked for me.
