Best role to carry in low elo?

Been mostly a jungle main but have slowly become sick of it. What is the best role to main in silver? I feel like supports are pretty strong so I like playing ali. Is mid even strong anymore? Or is it time to get good at adc

Support is the role to carry games.

jungle if you know how to do it properly. your farm and kill participation looks super low and a lot of terrible builds that wont get you ahead
