How is Orianna right now?

Im thinking of starting to play Orianna more, I like her, shes very fun. However, ive been checking her stats and she has 46% Win rate. I know she is skill required, and ive had some pretty good games. But is this Win rate a repercussion of being a high skill cap champion or is she just weak at the moment?

Should I play her now? or not?

Problem is her extremely huge mana costs on W and less chances of snowballing like other lanes. Flawless game-design to be honest and alot of micromanage to do well with her..
