No she can be ccd. Even if she uses w on one cc move some champions have multiple cc abilities so it won't matter. Unless you're dedicated to learning her don't waste your IP

Im prety sure she"s gonna be nerfed next patch.So mb wait till next patch.

She will win you games, but she isn't fun to play as or against at all.

She'll get nerfed. If you want to get a FotM champ, learn her well enough to win a few games, and then shelf her when she's not good anymore, then it's fine. You'll get what you want, in that case.
