Why? Can ult under tower and leave person after dealing damage and turret won't aggro because he isn't targetable when damage is dealt, so he can get another free rotation of abilities down before getting aggro

You have been wrong about several statements made in this thread so let me help ya with this http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Untargetability and again I will try to point out that kayn is in no way special in his interactions with untargatibility and towers. The mechanic works the same way all of the time, your complaints about it are unwarranted and I'm gonna point out you cant get a "free spell rotation" as the moment damage is done your gonna generate aggro. Kayne also has a Delay on Q in all forms, and darken has a delay on W, so hes not even the most abusive case of aggro drops in game.

They are saying that if Vladimir or Fizz are untargetable when the damage is dealt, they won't attract tower aggro (because they are untargetable).
If I had to guess, I'd say that Kayn's ultimate deals damage before he becomes targetable.

Zed's ult deals his target a flat amount of physical damage as soon as he leaves his untargetable state.

As for your comment about Kayn's ult in your original post, it does draw turret aggro when he exits his target's body if he is in range of the turret.
