Is kog maw still viable? I havent seen one since like patch 6.8. Im considering buying him just cause i like hypercarrying kind of champions. What do i build on him, and tell me his powerspikes, as well as when he is strongest. Give me some kind of build too.

Also remember, Kog is squishier than a Soraka. A caster minion will all but kill you early game*.
