she reminds me of a less mobile ezreal.

your rewarded for using your whole kit to full effect but will die if you fail to utilize it.

She's quite immobile except for her ult. I doubt she'll see any nerfs, however, as for Rakan, not sure. His kit makes him a very strong support, assuming Riot doesn't touch him you can totally expect him to be in the meta.

I think it'll depend on people's ability to react/re-position effectively. As most of her damage I've seen comes from her E with the return of her feathers. Just have to keep those in mind when playing.

Rakan is what bothers me. I've been trying to think of what his counters are, but nothing in particular comes to mind since he has everything PLUS mobility which no other support truly has.

The way I see it Rakan will be the zed of supports. Super easy to screw with and outplay yourself, therefore, bad Rakans will get so flamed. CC supports are good counters against Rakan, I expect to see Leona, Thresh and Kench more if someone picks Rakan. Janna could be decent but she's too squishy. And Lulu should be able to counter Rakan, provided that it's a good Lulu because she's very squishy.

Lanes who can poke him down and zone him, I'd say. I'm pretty sure his highest ability range is shorter than Cait's auto range.

No, I don't think she'll be balanced. The biggest reason why is that she can harass with empowered autos without drawing aggro by attacking through the ranged minions.

Other champs have to chose between cs and harass and are locked into one or the other, which means the normal opening of "harass while they're winding up to get a cs" doesn't apply to her. It'll take a while for people to figure out how to lane vs her.

You have to think though too, She runs out of mana very fast if she is spamming spells.

I would love if that was the case, but it isn't. Her Q is always a flat 50 mana no matter the rank, as is her E (40 mana). Her W actually reduces its mana cost on rank-up (60 to 40 mana).

Xayah i feel like is close to balanced but slightly over powered in terms of the damage on her E, i feel like her E might get a slight nerf but other than that i think she will be in a solid spot, same with rakan. If they nerf rakan ill be so sad cuz i want him to be viable

I think she will be. Im waiting to see her get banned in 95% of games and see people complaining about her cause they dont know how to play against/with her cause they always ban her out.
