For the higher elo players Diamond+, what makes a strong team comp?

You don't have to answer all the questions if you dont want to :) ty

Are there specific team comps you guys know?

Do you focus your team on supporting your hypercarry ad carries?

And if you can what comp do you think is strongest (and times they have the best performance early/mid/late game).

Last but not least, is an all-out AD team a poor choice? (I know it sounds especially coming from a gold scrub like me, but i feel like some ap champs really rely on items to have a strong impact on the game. In my opinion i feel like ad teams have a strong early game but need to close the game fast before armour is stacked against their favour.

THANKS :D

Take it as you will. But from what I have seens watching streams (Im also in gold so meh), they pick what they want. Not to many of them seem to do things based on a team comp, they just play what champs they want. If a Lee sin main gets in a game as jungler, they wont swap to Mao because they need a tank. They will just play their 70% winrate lee.

there are way to many factors to just give a definitive answer on what makes a comp strong.

I cant even think of a way to answer.

the best team comp is the one where people know how to actually play their champions, its far better to pick champions you know how to play than champions you never played before

it's literally the same thing at every rank. People play what they want. Nobody is trying to make a team comp in champ select.

In general, your team just needs a way to engage and you're fine (some form of hard CC that is reliable)

All AD teams usually lose because tabi are op.
