and now Vi is getting a small buff to her E Excessive Force (E) damage increased to 10/30/50/70/90 from 5/20/35/50/65 Excessive Force (E) mana cost reduced to 40/45/50/55/60 from 60 at all ranks.

Please buff Master Yi next, he has been out of meta for way to long now. I suggest a buff to his ult he becomes immune to all CC like Olaf.
