I have no Rank Border or Armor

Hi, So in season 8 I ranked Silver 2 by the time the season ended, but for some reason now that season has ended I do not have the Silver Border or the Silver Icon. Can someone please help me with this?

End of Season rewards have not been rolled out to everybody yet.

Rewards are still going out slowly, they will be to everyone by December 12th at the latest. So just got to wait. Also, Ranked Armor isn't fully out yet, they are only putting the pieces in patch by patch, we won't see it till ranked starts on January 24th.
