Can't purchase my skin in the shop!

So i opened my shop, and among the 6 skins that it gave me I wanted to purchase the legacy skin: Count Kledula, now i know this skin is not always in the store to buy, but since it is in MY shop for 50% off shouldn't i be able to buy it? I can't tell if this is a bug or riot just cucking me and not allowing me to buy a skin that they put in my shop.

You might want to send a support ticket about that

I wonder if it's because they recently removed the Harrowing skins from the shop (including Kled), and maybe your My Shop is bugging out because of that.
