So i opened my shop, and among the 6 skins that it gave me I wanted to purchase the legacy skin: Count Kledula, now i know this skin is not always in the store to buy, but since it is in MY shop for 50% off shouldn't i be able to buy it? I can't tell if this is a bug or riot just cucking me and not allowing me to buy a skin that they put in my shop.

I mean if it's in your shop you're supposed to be able to buy it, even if it's Legacy content. However I'm wondering if them removing the skins (and thus Kledula) from the main shop maybe made your Your Shop bug out somehow. Have you contacted support yet? They might (they're kinda iffy sometimes) be able to help you figure it out.
