Bug made me lose ranked game

Today, I joined my first ranked game of the day after patching. I get into a game and right away i notice that my abilities are not working, so I disconnect and reconnect, but that did not do anything. I tried it again but this time I used task manager to end league task. But that still did not work when i reconnected, and keep in mind its about 8 minutes in the game now. Anyways this 3rd time i fully logged out of my client, logged into my client, connected into the game and the game finally let me use abilties, but by then the enemy laner was already lvl 8 while i was lvl 2, and we had lost first turret, there was just no coming back, in the end we lost the game because we lacked the dmg of one player (me) all because of a stupid bug that wouldn't allow me to play. I also lost 20 lp. Very frustrating.
