Azir Buffs anytime soon?

With a 45.14% winrate, I think there should be changes made to bump this a bit!

First off, let me start off that Azir is super strong however, I believe Azir has gone through plenty of nerfs to which has reached a certain point to call him "under powered." What I'd like to be done is fairly fair. I wish for Azir to be buffed by:

NEW: Azir's E (Shield) ratio will no longer be flat based; instead it will be flat based WITH a 0.8 Ap Ratio.

What this would do is help Azir win duel's and put him up a few wins in my belief! Please buff him! I have put so much time in; and would love to see some changes! Thanks! <3 -CFood

How dare you good azir <3r, they buffed him hugeeeee for late game with an abysmall 20+ dmg kappa, the problem with azir is his early and mid game, it's gutted because he practically countered the entire mid lane which resulted from his triumphant rise to downfall, but he can rise, just not as well as he used to.
