Everyone forget's Vi (except maybe recently)

People keep talking about how Lee Sin is a crazy strong jungler, with his massive mobility and utility. But doesn't Vi have the same, if not more utility, and can punish you just as much as Lee building full damage. All she really lacks is that crazy escape people seem to like on EVERY champ nowadays.
