Mordekaiser needs more compensation for DFG removal
Buffing his hp regen from 8.37 to 3.37 wasn't enough I do understand his melee range burst had no counterplay since he had no mobility/cc/utility though How about removing him from the game

Morde doesn't need dfg to 100-0 someone I have seen it plenty of times on pbe and he does good enough damage for how naturally tanky he is.
Actually you misread. They lowered his base health regen from 8.37 to 3.37.
