Top flex to mid?

I'm looking for a good top lane that I can work on and master that would be able to flex to mid and have some success. Any suggestions?

Aatrox use to be one, then he got murdered with a trowel. The only ones I can think of are Akali and Irelia, and maybe Vlad depending on matchup and picks.

Akali , Irelia Yasuo and Vladimir reliably. You can make Kayle Aatrox Mordekaiser and Chogath work mid as well if you know what you're doing on them.

Illaoi honestly works really well midlane as you can easily set up a huge number of tentacles for big 1v3 plays in such a short lane. Her waveclear is definitely superior to a lot of mids too, only downside is she doesn't have as much roaming potential
