@Riot could you help a old time Hextech Test User?

In 8.5? Ultimate skins were made permeant from loot drops, in other words, if you got them out of loot they were immediately given, no OE or whatever.

That's great, but as someone who invested a fair amount into hextech chests BEFORE that patch, and has unlocked something like 2-3 Ulti's and still has 3-4 over all my accounts as shards, it feels like a slap to the face. I still have to get that 2950 OE to get em and the 1k disenchant feels subpar at best.

I'm not gonna ask for you to change them to permeant, but could you make the enchant price or dechant price a bit better? It's not something that's going to repeat itself really, considering that it isn't possible to get these shards under the new system, so for us peps who still have these shards from before the changes, could you make it more affordable, or less painful to disenchant?
