Endless slows to the point of not even being able to move. catching him without a jump or blink spell is freaking impossible. the fact he has a blink just makes it all the more broken as hell. either nerf frozen gauntlet or nerf him he's not even fight-able with more than half the champs in the game. the new 45% CDR mastery is also the the other cause of this issue. Please riot fix this some how because it's broken

Bonipherus1 votesEzreal's Q goes on a 1.2 second cooldown at 40% cdr. Spellblade passives require 1.5 seconds between procs. So the 45% cdr thing isn't part of this issue.
Baron von Jiggly1 votesok so if the slow for iceborn gauntlet lasts 2 seconds. and it comes off cool down every second and a half and ezreal because of the 45% CDR is shooting his Q just about close to less than every second. how many times are you shot and slowed in that amount of time pray tell? on top of this his q isn't the only thing that can proc iceborn. so if iceborn is off CD and his Q for some magical reason isn't he still has 2 more spells to proc the item with his auto attack.
im not talking about Sheen because Sheen isn't the issue. the slow duration of Iceborn on ezreal's already low cooldowns which are lowered even more by his Q passive IS the issue.
