also. how exactly do the bush mechanics work near towers

apparently, or so ive heard, is that a bush near a tower can actually drop tower aggro and makes you invis to the tower so its strong for tower diving

is this true?

also what do you think are good ivern builds?

im thinking ivern definitely wants 40% cdr from runes / items. probably wants scaling CDR quints. because at level 16 the ultimate will have a 72 second cooldown and last 60 seconds meaning your daisy is always with you pretty much
