Should Essence Reaver have 30% cdr?
Not saying it's OP or anything, but getting 30% cdr with just one item seems a bit much, don't you think?

GG Riot, AA champs have easier way to get 40% cdr than ability champs.
If the took away the base CDR and made it scale differently I think it'd be in a good spot. The high end of CDR before 5.22 was 20%, and ADC's build a lot of crit chance (usually Phantom Dancer/Statikk Shiv and Infinity Edge), so maybe they could halve the scaling too. Make it so you get 1% CDR for every 2% crit chance. If they really needed to they could probably buff the mana regen anyway.
Yeah the second I saw this coupled with the new items I knew this would be the season of AD casters and AD champs in general.
I think it should need more crit to get that cdr. 10% cdr for 20 crit or something.
an even better question...should it have crit? ad-casters don´t relay on crit, they want mana, cdr, ad and arp.

You'd have to build a decent amount of critical strike to get that much cdr from but it is a hefty amount for one item.

1:1 scaling CDR for crit is way too good in its own right, getting up to 30% from one item is broken as hell
Game isn't balanced around you being able to do that, you're supposed to invest into CDR to get it
