Soraka tweak idea

Soraka gets healed if she lands a Q on the enemy. Makes since, she loses life when she heals and gets some back life when she lands a difficult skill shot (where is the update to make the speed the same at all distances). But do you know what is even more difficult to land, her snare from her E. I feel like the E should give back life or at least mana to herself if she is able to snare someone. My other idea is being able to press E again to change the silence immediately to a snare, but with half the length. If you don't press it again then the full duration occurs (and maybe mana to both you and nearby ally, maybe mana regen to the next heal).

I love playing Soraka and have turned around team fights with her entire kit. But I feel like her E is lack luster especially with the high cool down. She also can't do plays unlike Nami who can heal and cause massive damage at the same time. Other than landing her Q to heal herself her E is just an annoyance in some situations and is easily avoidable.

I think it's pretty logical that the landing time increases with distance. The star starts above Soraka.

I read somewhere that it was going to be the same speed at all distances so a nerf to close and a buff to long range

I think this way it's much more fair - you can't harass so hard people under turret but you can slow somebody who just jumped on you with ease.

silence zone is a trap for the likes of katarina. and its near instant

raka is in a good place, she is just rarely seen in the right team comp

or used effectively in bot lane trades ( at lower elo levels)

I know that E is used to interrupt silences but the snare is just icing on the cake. The problem is sometimes you never get the icing. I just want a reward for snaring people such as health or mana. or being able to trigger said snare whenever needed.
