I've done it before but with my recent failures bringing him top I feel like he's now a better midlaner/support thoughts?

Step 1) Build 
first item on him
Step 2) put behind tower, next to wall
Step 3) get 
Step 4) farm
Step 5) use ult to gank
Step 6) use 
toget back to lane, which is intact because of
Step 7) return to step 4
Bruiser runes, max E, W then Q. Ggwp
I still take him top. It's super hard but at least fun. Q is the key on the top lane and armor penetration marks or hybrid penetration.
